Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order.
3. Shipping Coverage and Restricted Locations
We currently ship only to the following locations:
- U.S. States: All 50 U.S. states.
- U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Military Addresses: APO/FPO military addresses.
We currently do not offer international shipping or shipping to any location outside of the list above.
4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after it has been picked up from our facility.
- Method: Standard Shipping.
- Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days.

The total estimated time until you receive your order is:

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

- Handlens Paid: We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label if the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly compared to your original order (see Section 7).
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 Business Days.
- Method: The money will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Original Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- If you require a different size or color, please specify this when submitting your return request email. Exchanges are subject to the stock availability of the replacement product.
