Shipping Policy

At Handlens, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. This policy details how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

This is the time required to verify, package, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 Business Day.
Business Days: Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Costs (Fees)

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.

3. Shipping Coverage and Restricted Locations

We currently ship only to the following locations:

U.S. States: All 50 U.S. states.
U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Military Addresses: APO/FPO military addresses.

We currently do not offer international shipping or shipping to any location outside of the list above.

4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after it has been picked up from our facility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated time until you receive your order is:

Total Time = Processing Time (1 Day) + Shipping Time (2–4 Days)

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Update Time: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system.
Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@handlens.com. We will work with the carrier to promptly resolve the issue.
