At Handlens, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Please be aware that full payment must be completed before we can begin processing or shipping your order.
Payment Processing
Once you place your order, a standard authorization check will be performed to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card will be charged only after this authorization is approved. The funds collected will serve as a deposit toward the total value of your purchase. When your order is dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the payment will be considered final for the items listed in that confirmation.
Since our products are customized and handcrafted according to your specific requests, production will only begin once your payment has been successfully processed.
To complete your purchase, simply select “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You will be securely redirected to a payment gateway where you can complete your transaction via credit card or PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal, and your transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
We do not process or store any credit card information on our website. Your payment details remain secure and are never shared with third parties.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment—either through PayPal or the credit/debit card used for the transaction.
